Hi, we are Kellie and Olly and we have always had dreams of owning and operating our own business.
A few years ago, we were working in a rural fruit-growing region in southern New Zealand. This experience ignited a passion for fresh, high quality, and locally sourced ingredients. In 2019, we had the idea to follow our passion and use locally sourced fruit to create delicious ice cream.
We worked hard, navigated COVID-19, and had endless help from family and friends. But our passion and resilience paid off, and Little Ice Creamery (LIC) was born.
After months trading out of a marquee, our little 'pistachio' trailer arrived in February 2021. We spent the summer prepping fruit and visiting growers. You can find us swirling real fruit ice creams at markets and events across north east Victoria.
Our ice cream contains real fruit sourced from local growers and farmers. We try to source 100% organic fruits and choose the best fruit that’s in season. Then we blend the fruit with local ice cream to create a healthier, delicious, and fruity soft swirl!

Little Ice Creamery is based out of Mt Buller, in the Victorian high country. We travel all over Victoria attending markets and events.
